Windows 8 Store Not Working - Here's how to fix it.

Windows 8 Store for the most part will work without an issue, however, there are times when an app that is being installed may be stuck or if you lost connection during the middle of an install, the installation may become corrupted. So, how do you fix this...

Microsoft are obviously aware that there is an issue here and they provided an APP troubleshooter to the effect...

Go to the Microsoft page "What to do if you have problems with an App" and run through the troubleshooting process. If all else fails, at the bottom of the page there is a link to "APPS TROUBLESHOOTER". Download the program and run it. It will find and fix what it can and will normally end with a restart of the PC and a fixed Windows Store.

Update: since writing the last entry, more methods have surfaced on how to get the Windows 8 Store back up and running...

Method 2.
Open an administrative Windows Command Prompt (right click "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator"…
